John Huh focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation, and government investigations, concentrating in the fields of antitrust and consumer protection.
John counsels clients on state, federal and international antitrust and consumer protection issues, and has broad experience litigating matters, including numerous class actions, before federal and state courts. Additionally, he has experience in appellate litigation and is a member of DLA Piper's Appeals and Post-Trial Advocacy practice group. He also has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in government investigations by state and federal agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and state Attorneys General.
In addition, John frequently assists companies in developing and implementing comprehensive antitrust and competition law compliance policies. He also counsels clients by providing analyses on the competitive effects of potential mergers and acquisitions, and other business decisions.
Currently, John serves on the Philadelphia office's Diversity Committee, Pro Bono Committee and Hiring Committee. He also frequently serves as a mentor to summer associates.
